Fitness Friday = This week's fitness friday is inspired by my silly students. I had multiple students ask how to strengthen their glutes because we use them so much in class. Last night one student announced "Wow, you do a lot of stuff with your butt". Well in this dance much of our hip movement is controlled by our glutes. Your gluteus maximus is the biggest single muscle in your body so why not use it to your advantage? The link attached is from a body building website HOWEVER there are many exercises on this page that DO NOT require weights at all.
