Menu Monday – I just had some fantastic dates last week. I was dipping them in Trader Joe’s Almond Coco spread and they were so good I was thinking there should be some fancier desert using those ingredients SOOOO it was perfect to find a date desert recipe… I think these would go well in Almond Coco spread too :)!!!
